As the VP of Sales - IT Staffing you will:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent

Source and screen resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events

Manage the entire recruitment process from pursuing job leads to offer acceptance

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process

Train and mentor junior recruiters on the team
