Position: Scrum Master

Duration: 6-Month C2H

Location: Hybrid in Columbus- Columbus, OH 43219

Must Haves:

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Must be proficient and skilled with:

Facilitating Sprint and Release Planning

Epic and User Story Creation and Sizing

Tracking progress and maintaining spring velocity and burn-up/burn-down progress reporting

Ability to drive projects and hit deadlines effectively

Experience collaborating with Solution Managers across all lines of business

Great mentor, coach, and team player to development teams they lead

Ability to work hybrid in Columbus, Ohio!

Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master to join their growing IT organization in Columbus. This individual must be deadline oriented, team focused, and collaborative/communicative! An ideal candidate should have experience owning all agile processes and ensuring the development team is completing tasks and projects effectively. The client’s current environment will need someone proficient in facilitating sprint and release planning, epic and user story creation and sizing, tracking progress and maintaining sprint velocity and burn-up/burn-down progress reporting, in respect to the clients’ practices. The ideal candidate must also be a strong communicator and dedicated to cultivating a positive culture and continuous improvement and innovation!
