Maintenance Mechanic

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join their team in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. This position is onsite, and will be working a 3rd shift of 10:30 PM EST – 6:30 AM EST. This is a permanent position, seeking individuals to support the organization’s customer commitment for quality products delivered on time by maintaining all production equipment in OEM condition while minimizing downtime and expense.

Desired Skills & Experience

High School Diploma Required

5 years of experience as a mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical technician, or relevant combination of experience and education.

Must be able to read and understand relay logic and schematic diagrams, perform tests, and follow calibration procedures using test equipment and instrumentation.

Must be able to use various hand tools, power tools, saws, drill press, volt/ohm meter, oscilloscope, amp probe, soldering iron.

Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all production equipment in OEM or standard operating condition.

Apply knowledge of functional operation of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems to perform complex diagnostics to determine the root cause of malfunctions.

Ability to listen, speak, and write in the English language is required.

Ability to use routine software applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
