LHH is actively searching for an Outside Sales Representative to work with the top commercial blade sharpening and professional knives company and their 90,000+ customers, including some of the largest and most recognizable restaurants and grocery chains in the United States along with your local neighborhood businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to set themselves up for limitless success.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a minimum of 15 in-person sales contacts daily, totaling 60 each week
Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with potential customers weekly
Acquire at least 6 new customers weekly through various prospecting methods
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and inventory of sales knives
Collaborate effectively with service and support teams
Ensure safety compliance in all aspects of duties, including knife handling and vehicle operation
Maintain company vehicle for work purposes only
Qualifications:
Exposure or experience in the food service industry
Successful track record in outside business development
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Motivated and target-driven with excellent communication skills
Open to coaching and feedback
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safety requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous but not required
