Responsibilities:

Craft and execute high-quality Korean dishes, tailoring menus to diverse palates and dietary needs.

Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Lead and train kitchen staff in Korean culinary practices, fostering a collaborative environment.

Collaborate with AVI Foodsystems management to innovate and adapt menus seasonally.

Manage food inventory and kitchen resources efficiently, aligning with budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of professional cooking experience, specifically with Korean cuisine.

Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a kitchen team.

Familiarity with the dynamics of corporate dining or large-scale meal production.

Proficient in both Korean and English; additional language skills are a plus.

Culinary arts degree or equivalent certification, with a focus on Korean cuisine preferred.
