Some of your responsibilities:

Administer HR policies, and HR-related compliance efforts and provide counsel to management and employees on HR matters. Maintain appropriate documentation

Coordinate HR processes including performance reviews, wage adjustments, years of service recognition, recognition awards and events, etc.

Develop and administer an effective talent management program to include workforce planning, recruitment, orientation, and onboarding.

Work with HR Staff, Parent Company, and vendors to ensure all relevant employee information is uploaded accurately and timely and maintained in the HRIS.

Administer health and welfare benefit programs, including working with vendors and employees for annual renewals.

Coordinate with the Parent Company and vendors to ensure compliance with employee benefit programs.

Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to benefits and advocate for employees where appropriate.

Ensure the company’s compliance with OSHA and EEO programs and reporting.

Provide corrective guidance for employee performance improvement plans as appropriate.

Administer all leave programs to include Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Worker’s Compensation.

Contribute to a positive employee relations environment. Foster a collaborative culture. Focus on employee engagement.

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience, with a minimum of 3 years at the Human Resources management level. Manufacturing experience is helpful!

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity working with HRIS and payroll software, ADP preferred.

• Possess knowledge of employment and benefit regulations and compliance.
