GlobalSource IT has a direct client that is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator. This role can be direct hire / FTE OR contract to hire. A very flexible, yet hybrid on site / off site schedule would be required.
The right candidate will have 4+ years of experience working as a D365 Admin at an enterprise level.
Responsibilities include:
Manage functional release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365
Manage upgrade activations of new features within D365 settings/update support resource of changes during regression testing process
Plan the timing of and coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements for assigned applications or functional areas
Assist in assessment of new releases and help to coordinate regression testing processes including RSAT
Responsible for monitoring batch job queues for integrations and internal processes (workflow engine, posting engine, SPS EDI engine, etc.)
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks
Monitor and communicate maintenance notifications
Assist to maintain user access and security role
