Project Manager Transportation

Title: Project Manager Transportation

Location: Itasca, Sugar Grove, or Rockford, IL

Duration: Permanent Hire

This position will include working on a wide range of transportation projects including new roadway construction, roadway rehabilitation, roadway reconstruction, traffic signals as well as planning studies.

Responsibilities include:

Managing multiple projects

Preparing and monitoring project budgets

Project scheduling

Leadership skills and team member oversight

Marketing / Business development

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working on a wide range of transportation projects.

Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures specifically as it relates to Phase I / Phase II design requirements and MFT requirements highly desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A valid driver’s license
