Title: Technical Coordinator
Location: Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Duration: 6 months (20 to 30 hours a week) with the possibility for full-time and permanent
The Technical Coordinator plans and facilitates committee meetings (most of which are remote via MS Teams), edits documents based on committee inputs and revisions, edits equations, and administers procedures for review and balloting.
The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized and detail oriented about documenting and following procedures. They should be comfortable working with highly technical people and documents.

The successful candidate will:
Manage document records.
Develop committee records (e.g., agendas, minutes, checklists, etc.)
Develop and maintain ballots and conduct polls.
Maintain ANSI (American National Standards Institute) documentation.
Work and edit documents of a complex nature (e.g., graphics, equations, etc.).
Send and collect committee ballots and manage comments received.
Proofread.
Complete tasks related to publishing documents.
Provide internal and external customer service.
Assist in transitioning and managing of online tools and systems (Higher Logic, SharePoint, etc.)
Education & Experience
Bachelor degree required
Mathematical skills to perform equations required
Expertise with Microsoft Word and Excel required
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience working with SharePoint and other cloud-based file data systems.
Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred
Microsoft Teams or other remote-meeting platforms preferred
