Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary Trust and Estates Attorney. This opportunity is anticipated to last about two months and is part time. It is required to be on-site in the New York office on Mondays and Tuesdays. The hours will vary from 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Drafting estate planning documents, estate administration and preparation of estate tax returns

Estate planning

Estate administrative tasks

Qualifications

3+ years of large law firm or boutique experience in the area of trusts and estates

J.D. and licensed in NY, NJ or CT

Fiduciary income tax experience, preferred

Pay rate is $65-$100 hourly.
