SUMMARY

To source, recruit, and hire candidates that match job order requirements for existing and new client accounts in Acro’s Commercial Service (Light Industrial/Manufacturing) Division.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish action plan for each assigned job order.

Utilize appropriate recruitment tools (job boards, social media, etc.) in a cost-effective manner to locate active and passive qualified candidates.

Execute candidate search at a high volume and fast pace.

Build a pipeline of quality candidates to utilize in filling anticipated job orders by sourcing talent proactively.

Successfully match and qualify candidates prior to submitting them for open job orders.

Conduct interviews in person and on the phone as required.

Extend offers of employment.

Accurately documents all activities in the appropriate database.

Prioritize tasks in a manner that will consistently optimize time usage and improve score card results.

Meet or exceed established goals and metrics.

Act as liaison between account manager/client and candidate.

Support all Acro Blue branch locations with recruiting and onboarding.

Represent Acro at activities such as job fairs, trade shows, and professional organizations.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Collaborate with other departments when required.

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Experience

2+ years recruiting experience preferred.

Minimum 1 year staffing industry experience, light industrial vertical preferred

Skills

Effectively communicate with all types of people, which include listening and understanding, as well as, conveying ideas and opinions in writing.

Develop rapport with various types of people.

Ability to track results and provide metrics on progress to management team.

Ability to communicate market trends, collaborate on strategic approach and take feedback and coaching from management to drive desired results.

Proficient computer skills; especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, commissions, bill rates, percentages, wage rates, benefits packages, interviewing expenses, relocation expenses, per diem, etc.

Understand and effectively deal with candidate hire-ability issues, effectively close candidates and minimize “failure to start” incidences

Recognize problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to provide guidance to candidates, contract employees, and clients regarding employment, staffing and project management decisions.

Physical Demands

Frequently sits, walks, and stands.

May be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment.

30-40% travel on an as needed basis.

The noise level in the work area is usually low.
