Overview:

The TTT Marketing Organization envisions a future where our inbound and outbound demand generation strategies converge seamlessly, creating an engine that fuels our sales pipeline. We aim to nurture prospects along the buyer journey through innovation and data-driven insights. As a Content Marketing Manager at Trusted Tech Team, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining our narrative and storytelling channels. You’ll envision and execute a portfolio of content assets to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audiences, and drive demand while positioning Trusted Tech Team as a growth leader in the Microsoft Solutions space.

Responsibilities:

Implement a comprehensive owned, earned, paid and shared content campaign playbook aligned with the company's business goals.

Create, edit, and optimize content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more.

Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather information and insights for content creation.

Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine content strategies accordingly.

Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.

Analyze content performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and content marketing best practices.

Deliverables:

Content Marketing Strategy: An outline of the objectives, target audiences, messaging, and channels for content distribution.

Editorial Calendar: A detailed map of content production, publication, and promotion activities.

Content Production: A portfolio of high-quality, SEO-optimized content pieces, along with multimedia content assets such as videos, webinars, and infographics.

Content Distribution Plan: A plan for distributing content through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and other platforms.

Analytics and Performance Analysis: Regular reports analyzing the performance of content campaigns, with insights on performance in accordance with KPIs (i.e., high-value engagement and reach, influenced revenue, and a steady pipeline of MQLs).

On-Budget and On-Time Content: Creative asset creation through the management of vendor agencies and in-house resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related disciplines is required.

5-7 years of experience in B2B content creation or strategy for a technology brand.

A portfolio of published written and video content is required.

Proven experience in developing comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners for content insights.

Proficiency in utilizing SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance organic visibility.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):

A master’s in marketing, communications, or other related disciplines is a plus.

Experience managing vendor agencies and in-house resources for creative asset creation, ensuring on-budget and on-time content delivery.

Effective project management skills to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Strong business acumen with the ability to work through ambiguity.
