The Corporate Training Intern will provide support to Internal Trainer in delivering talent development solutions by conducting training needs assessments, designing training programs, developing learning content, implementing learning solutions, evaluating training impact, and performing administrative duties. The Training Intern will partner with company management to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business to deliver high-quality talent development solutions.

Responsibilities

Training Design and Delivery

Assist with producing process documentation

Assist with compiling existing documentation to deliver training solutions

Assist with developing training content, presentations, and videos

Assist with training design, development, implementation, and evaluation

Assist with overall project management Deliver mandatory compliance training to new hires and conduct follow-ups to ensure APEX Analytix’s compliance with external audit requirements

Administrative Duties

Track associate completion of mandatory training and tests within our testing site

Knowledge Management of training resources

Deliver mandatory compliance training to new hires and conduct follow-ups to ensure APEX Analytix’s compliance with external audit requirements

Supporting ad hoc HR projects (as needed)

Ability to adjust priorities quickly and meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently.

Education/Credentials: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in preferred Education or Psychology or related field.

Requirements

· Must be able to work on-site at our corporate headquarters in Greensboro, NC.

· Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology or related field.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States.

· Must be willing to complete a criminal background check and drug screening.
