Role Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce Analyst to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 applications, and supporting end-users during implementations and post-go-live phases. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the success of ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to supply chain and commerce processes.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce modules based on business needs and best practices.

Assist in testing, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

Provide end-user training and support to drive efficient utilization of Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.

Document business processes, functional requirements, and system configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce applications.

Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and trends in Dynamics 365 applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce applications.

Strong understanding of supply chain and commerce processes within an ERP environment.

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Commerce modules (e.g., Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Processing).

Experience with POS, store rollouts, deployments, upgrades.

Experience of setting up new stores and store migrations

Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile or iterative project methodologies is a plus.
