Senior Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards to uphold product integrity and meet regulatory requirements.

Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, Marketing, and Sales, to align operational efforts with company objectives and customer needs.

Risk Management: Assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to operations and ensure business continuity.

Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of operational initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the CPG industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies and driving process improvements to achieve business objectives.

Strong knowledge of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and quality control principles.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
