Apparel Graphic Designer - Licensing

Pay is between $32- $35/hr (based on experience)

Hybrid Schedule- Mon, Thursday, Friday WFH, Tues/Wed- In Office

Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design original textile prints and apparel graphics for all brand's product categories, create and present print concepts to design team and merchant partners

• Produce print repeats from final artwork; editing, recoloring and matching color to pantone standards

• Use Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare, modify, and resize artwork; collaborating with product development and design team to articulates printing and design techniques to factories.

• Make print groups for each delivery and create multiple color ways for all textile prints and woven plaids.

• Strike off approvals and comments with design team

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Certification or education in graphic arts or textile design required.

• 3+ years of textile design work experience in a wholesale/vertical business.

• Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Ability to hand draw or recreate artwork based on given style and techniques.

• Experience working with Licenses a plus.

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction and all creative techniques in relation to silk screening, embroidery, sublimation, embellishment, woven plaids and dying treatments.
