Paralegal

Vernis & Bowling's Palm Beach, Florida office is seeking a full-time litigation paralegal with at least 2 years of experience working in General Liability, preferably at an insurance defense law firm.

Paralegal responsibilities include, but are not limited to, litigation case management, public records review, preparation of filings and documents, party as well as non-party production, document summaries, mediation, deposition, and trial preparation. Paralegals will bill their time.

The candidate must be highly organized with strong communication skills and be fully computer literate. The candidate must be proficient in Word/Outlook and Adobe and able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, other attorneys, and staff. The candidate must also be capable of typing/preparing documents, including correspondence and other legal documents.

Excellent organizational skills are a must.
