Robert Half has a client looking to hire a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support their new ERP implementation and maintain the systems efficiency post project. You will own the effort to identify business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, map them to systems capabilities and recommend technical solutions within Workday. This is a hybrid role (2 days a week onsite) in Seattle with free parking.

What you'll be doing:

Managing the functionality of new ERP systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to current systems

Act as a financial systems expert, supporting Financial Management, Procurement, Banking & Settlement, AP, and AR areas.

Lead system implementations, manage configurations, and support rollouts.

Coordinate major software upgrades and installations.

Tracking, analyzing and resolving issues with ERP systems

Taking budgetary responsibility for the systems rollout and preparing reporting packages for the steering committee

Develop disaster recovery plans.

Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes for ERP projects

Training users on new and upgraded systems

Managing change across the organization to ensure a gradual adoption of the new system

Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and prioritize resolutions.

Provide mentorship to team members.

Requirements:

4+ years experience as a systems analyst

Prior experience working within ERP modules (e.g., Financial Management, Banking & Settlement, Projects, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, Fixed Assets, AP, and AR)

Able to understand the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable solution

Experience with one of the following: Workday Financials, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics Finance, or SAP S/4 HANA.

Strong technical project management and leadership skills

ERP Implementation experience is preferred

Familiar with SFTP, XML, or Power Automate is preferred

Working knowledge of relational database concepts and familiarity with SQL query writing and analysis.

A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to support the development of digital platform strategies

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
