Litigation Paralegal

Position: Commercial Litigation Paralegal (with Relativity Experience)

About the Job:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Commercial Litigation Paralegal with experience in Relativity to join a dynamic, busy law practice. This role includes assisting a team of attorneys in managing all aspects of litigation and regulatory practice.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of document production and review, including working with e-Discovery vendors.

Skilled use of Relativity for e-Discovery, document review, and production.

Assist with drafting pleadings, discovery and trial documents including letters, legal notices, affidavits, motions, appeals and briefs.

Handle case management tasks, including reviewing files, organizing documents and calendar management.

Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders.

Conduct legal research and fact-finding investigations.

Communicating effectively with a diverse clientele, co-counsel, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Paralegal Certificate qualified under Business & Professions Code Section 6450

At least 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation

Strong working knowledge of Relativity e-Discovery platform

Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills

Detail-oriented, with solid organizational and multitask skills

Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
