Description:
A rapidly growing specialized health care provider is seeking a Vice President of Patient Services to join their leadership team.
The VP of Patient Services plays a critical role in the success and growth of the organization. This exciting and challenging role will lead of team, provide oversight of day to day operations, implement strategic initiatives and ensure personal and professional development of the operating team.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, management or related field
10+ years of post-graduate senior leadership experience in health care functions (patient services, infusion services, operations, etc.)
Extensive experience supervising a large clinical staff and budgets
Six Sigma and Process Improvement experience
Experience interfacing with ACHC, CMS, and URAC
