Responsibilities:

Summary of the position:

The Social Services Coordinator shall have primary responsibility for connecting patients to social resources and coordinating access to medical, psychosocial programs and social case management when possible.

Must meet one of the following qualifications:

Quality Mental Health Associate (QMHA) Designation or Eligible

Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited school of social work

Current Nevada State Social Work Licensure (LSW) Preferred

Additional Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish and English preferred

Minimum one year work experience in an outpatient (or Inpatient) behavioral health setting preferred
