WE LOVE OUR WORK.:

Responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy and allocating to the correct account and department for approval.

Serving as department financial liaison with vendors regards payment status and invoice

Responsibilities also include generating checks according to schedule and mailing out the payments.

Participates in daily and monthly reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assists in developing and monitoring controls and procedures to ensure such compliance.

Ensures timely, accurate and complete processing of daily audits and entries, as well as month-end tasks, entries, and reconciliations.

Participates in the design, development, and implementation of systems pertaining to revenue audit and other areas of the property.

Performs special projects/audits to provide high level of expertise on matters of complex or sensitive nature. This includes but is not limited to slot configuration changes, and soft count variances.

Assists internal, external, and/or regulatory auditors in the preparation of their examinations.

Monthly Inventory Oversight

Fills in when needed to perform all tasks within revenue audit, including (but not limited to) each audit, daily banking requirements, performing wire transfers, assisting with inventory counts, and preparing W-2G and 1099 information.

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Management.

Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

BRING US YOUR BEST.:

Associate degree in accounting from college or university; or six months to one year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Must have the knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of Excel ODBC connections, MS Visual Basic and SQL.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Must be able to successfully work in a hybrid work environment (both in-person at a property and remotely).

STARTING SALARY:

45,000
