Spiro is hring a 3 month internship to work as a Content & Engagement Team Coordinator in Spiro’s Marketing Group. Spiro is a predominately remote workforce so you will be working from home, unless otherwise requested to travel. This internship does not participate in any college or institution internship accreditation program.

Responsibilities:
Research industry reports & brand examples for content integration
Search for social media trends, hot pots & new social content/engagement tools on main Channels
Research & discover experiential marketing trends & stand-out brand activations/experiences to present to the team for Spiro thought leadership & other content needs
Integration of AI in generating content prompts & data
Scan social media channels for engagement opportunities & post-performance insights
Community communication support
Content team support as required across campaigns

20-40 hours per week, during business hours classified as 8:30a-5p, local time
At times, work outside normal business hours will be required to interact with global management

Work Environment:
Our Interview process is hand-crafted to our roles. In general, you can expect to have an initial phone interview with a member of our talent acquisition team or other team member, if applicable. Thereafter, video interviews with team members and/or your future manager. We welcome candidates to view our social media channels and website to extend the conversation beyond the responsibilities of the role. Once you have completed the interview process, we conduct a criminal background check, where applicable by law.
