About Client:

A leading EPC Organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for overseeing and managing multiple temporary stores at project sites.

Leading a team of storekeepers to ensure efficient and effective operation of all project stores.

Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

Identify areas to monitor and analyse key performance indicators for improvement & implementation.

Collaborating with key stakeholders to coordinate the timely delivery of materials for the projects.

Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of regional project stores and opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with store-in charge to address store operational issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Developing and implementing training programs for storekeepers to ensure adherence to best practices and industry regulations.

Conducting regular periodical audits and inspections of regional stores to ensure compliance with safety and security of materials, quality, and arranging insurance policy for the materials.

Candidate Requirement:

Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in material, stores, and inventory management for EPC Organization.

Degree or Diploma in Material Management mandatory.

Proficient leadership qualities and strong interpersonal abilities, capable of inspiring and nurturing a varied team.

Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect with others effectively.

Willingness to travel within the specified work area when necessary.

Location: Site can be based anywhere in India
