FullHR is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team working on-site in the Charlotte Office near Billy Graham Parkway! You will be responsible for servicing existing clients and articulate various types of life and heath insurance policies and administrative services to new and existing client's employees. You as the team member are responsible for communicating with client's employees benefits, various functions of the HR department, including talent, compensation, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.
Including: Setup, Compile and maintain client personnel records using payroll systems and FullHR e-Navigator HRIS integration. Record data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports, and date of and reason for termination. Provide New Hire onboarding assistance for e-Verify, background, Prepare reports for employment records, file employment records, or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons pre-federal HIPAA compliance. Securing all client and employee records to maintain mandated confidentiality.
The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Administration or Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. To be a competent team member, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Benefits – Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests. Work closely with the Human Resource team on the annual Open Enrollment period. Comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Setup and maintain employee records on FullHR e-Navigator HRIS Platform
Employee relations – Manage all details and coordination of disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations. Guide the leadership team on sensitive or complex matters and elevate to the appropriate staff when investigations are required. Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Payroll – Assist with New Hire paperwork, background, On-boarding, e-verify, Tine and Attendance, Auditing and maintaining client employee integrated Payroll
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with client's employees
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or Administration
Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
Superb conflict resolution skills
Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the auditing process
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Strong organizational skills
