Sat/Sun/Weekday Evening CSR/Dispatcher

Job Description

In search of a dedicated customer service professional with a great personality, can-do attitude, and desire to help others. Our CSR/Dispatch team is the first person to interact with our customers, and is essential to developing lasting quality relations with our clients. Our ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Answer phone calls and book jobs in a friendly and efficient manner

Collect payments/deposits

Maintain schedule for several technicians and communicating any potential delays with all parties involved.

Any other duties as assigned

PLEASE NOTE:

Training for this position will occur M-F during business hours. You must be available for 2-3 hours two-to-three times a week for training. Once training has been completed, the position will be primarily on the weekends (Saturday all day, Sunday for a few hours -- times are flexible and TBD) and a couple week nights for a few hours (5ish-8ish.) Opportunities for bonus/commissions will also be available. Pay is competitive and flexible with experience.
