Title: Senior Legal Recruiter

Location: Remote but candidate must be in Greater Houston, TX

Salary Range: $65,000

Commission: 40%-60% commission

Skills Required:

4+ years of legal recruitment recruitment experience placing attorneys

Must have 350k+ in billing per year

Our client is a boutique legal staffing firm based out of Houston that staffs attorneys across a wide range of specialties. This firm focuses on strong relationships with their clients with a consultative approach on the candidate market.

Responsibilities

Source, recruiter, and place attorneys at clients nationwide

Communicate in a professional, timely, and efficient manner with your candidates and colleagues

Utilize the technology provided by the company keep and maintain records and track success

Achieve quarterly goals put forth by your team

About the role:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience placing attorneys, be able to come into the office, and have a proven billing record of 350k+ in a year. The firm is small and the team is lean and effective so each team member is vital to the success of the company.
