Job Description
$51,000+ base + commissionResponsibilities:
Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunitiesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
Bright, hard-working, and ambitious
Passion for selling and providing exceptional experiences
This position is on-site only in Wichita, KS
