About the Role:
A Front Office Assistant at Brand Avenue plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. This position serves as the first point of contact for individuals contacting or visiting the company, and requires a combination of administrative and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room reservations.
Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
