Are you looking for a part time position in Farmville? Management Services Corporation (MSC) is a leading property management firm with properties throughout Virginia, and one of The Caton Companies. We are seeking a seasonal Grounds/Turnover Assistant for Belmont Landing Apartments in Farmville, Virginia.

This position is part time.

Assist maintenance technicians and managers with maintaining the physical condition of the property according to company standards of excellence and safety requirements, with a focus on performing the following duties:

Assist with property grounds duties such as weeding, trash removal, exterior painting, etc.

Assist with property clean up on regular basis.

Removal of abandoned property.

Other miscellaneous repairs and maintenance needs as property conditions dictate

Reporting of more significant physical damage and mechanical issues discovered.

Completion of assigned paperwork in both paper and digital formats.

Compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Maintain polite and professional customer service and co-worker relationships.

Outdoors in all weather conditions.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position approximately 20 hours per week. The day schedule is variable and is dictated by property needs.

Required Education and Experience·

High school diploma or GED
