SUMMARY

The Administrative Coordinator for the Program Specialist Group (PSG) will be customer service driven, a team player and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be a pivotal part of the Program Specialist Group and will be responsible for managing e-mail correspondence, surveys, and outgoing responses with members inquiring about the Auto Program. The PSG Department Coordinator must be able to analyze a situation, develop potential resolutions, communicate them clearly in writing and encourage positive resolution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process Web Survey’s

· Respond to members written correspondence within 24 hour timeframe

· Review and improve existing written template responses

· File Maintenance – Filing, organizing, auditing, scanning

· Call Center coverage as needed

· Administrative support to Leadership team of the Program Specialist Group

· Practices and maintains working knowledge of all PSG processes and procedures with the understanding the position could evolve to a full time Program Specialist

· Provides support for Spanish speaking calls as needed

· Other Duties as Assigned

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of two (2) years experience with general office responsibilities and procedures.

· Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

· Good writing, grammar, and punctuation skills

· Good analytical and problem solving skills

· Experience with responding to inquries, issues or complaints.

· Ability to communicate effectively (Both written and verbal)

· Ability to follow oral and written instructions

· Service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

· Positive Attitude

· Ability to adapt well to change and remain flexible while working under deadlines

· Ability to work in fast paced team environment

· Bilingual Spanish highly desired
