Land Development Superintendent (Offsite Superintendent)

OFFSITE SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage subcontractors for all off-site and land development to include mass grading, paving, wet and dry utilities, curbs, sewer, gutters, streets, etc.

· Manage budgets and schedules for individual projects.

OFFSITE SUPERINTENDENT REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE 3-5 years of experience working with land development and/or offsite construction as a field superintendent working directly for a land developer or builder.

Working experience with entitlements and bonds.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or other related field is ideal yet not required.

Able to read construction offsite blue prints and land use plan drawings.

Proven relationship builder with vendors, subcontractors, cities and counties.

Team player.

Individual contributor.
