Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner

Work with President, COO and Plant Manager on customer quotes

Enter quotes in Job Boss and the client portals as required

Accurately enter orders in Job Boss

Coordinate communication between plant floor and customer for order updates

Respond to client portal requests

Maintain job files

Back-up receptionist for main line as needed

Other duties as assigned

Experience:

2+ years customer service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree is a plus, but not required

Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred

Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Knowledge of JobBoss a plus

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Attention to detail

Hours: M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm
