As Fletcher Development continues to grow, we are looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper preferably with a construction background.
Position Description:
Provides support to controller.
Monthly invoicing to clients
Reconciling Amex and bank statements
Monthly financial reporting
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Contributes to team by performing tasks related to organization, special projects with strong communication.
Minimum Requirements:
Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
High level of organization with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, resourceful, independent thinker
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Strong time management skills
Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment
Does well under pressure with a "Can Do" attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
