The LCSW will work in close collaboration with physicians and other health care personnel in patient evaluation and treatment for further their understanding of significant social and emotional factors underlying patient’s health problems. We are looking for a candidate available to serve the Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties.

About Us:

Mindhealth Wellness, Inc. specializes in providing Behavioral Health services to our clients in the Southern California region. Located in the heart of Montebello, CA, we work with licensed therapists and other Mental Health professionals to provide federally qualified health centers (FQHC) with reliable and efficient access to high quality Behavioral/Mental Health care.

Responsibilities:

● Works in close collaboration with physicians and other health care personnel in patient evaluation and treatment to further their understanding of significant social and emotional factors underlying patient's health problem.

● Helps patients and family through individual or group conferences to understand, accept, and follow medical recommendations.

● Provides service planned to restore patient to optimum social and health adjustment within patient's capacity.

● Prepares patient histories, service plans, and reports.

● Participates in planning for improving health services by interpreting social factors pertinent to development of program.

Skills / Qualifications / Education:

● Must have a valid license in CA as an LCSW.

● Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.

● Current BLS/First Aid Training certificate required.

● Must have excellent communication, collaboration, and punctuality.

● Ability to use computerized schedule for client management, internal communications, patient records management and fee collection.

● Exceptional communication skills: both verbal and written, problem solving and presentation skills.

● Highly competitive in nature.

● High energy individual.

● Genuine desire to help other people.

● Self sufficient, initiative driven, and highly detailed oriented.

● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface at all levels.

● Proactive and results oriented with high expectations of self and team.

● Comfortable working with multiple software platforms.

● Basic knowledge of Mental Health services.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
