Residential HVAC Sales Rep

Job Description

We are seeking a Residential HVAC Sales Rep to join our team! The Residential Sales Professional is responsible for the complete customer experience which includes the in-home sales process, 100% customer satisfaction, image, application, design, and final installation review, to foster referrals.

Responsibilities:

The customer relationship is your primary job to create company brand.

Execute the in-home sales process.

Execute quality evaluations with all customers on a timely basis.

Paperwork completion, technology, and information for the company.

Send pre-call sales education materials when appropriate.

Complete all application and layout job forms.

Complete the job start form on site to maintain labor controls.

Complete the quality walk-through materials for homeowner.

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Ask for referrals on each installation.

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.

Qualifications:

2 years of in-home sales experience preferred.

5 years of HVAC industry, or other construction specialty trade, experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED, or one to 12 months of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to read, write, and speak English language.

Local construction code requirements.

HVAC equipment sizing.
