Join Our Team as an On-Site Client Success Coordinator!

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual ready to make a difference in the world of real estate? We're on the lookout for someone like you to take on the role of Client Success Coordinator.

As a Client Success Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our clients experience unparalleled care and support throughout their real estate journey. From crafting innovative welcome initiatives to expertly managing client databases and orchestrating captivating events, you'll be at the heart of creating lasting connections.

$40,000 - $50,000 AnnuallyResponsibilities:

Stay informed: About best practices in loyalty programs, client success programs, and contests.

Database Management: Add and maintain up-to-date contacts in our databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Client Care Action Plan: Set up and manage a comprehensive Client Care action plan in our CRM for closed Team clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized post-closing experience.

Client Engagement: Foster a sense of community and engagement.

Post-Closing Timeline: Complete tasks for the first 30 days after closing, the first 6 months after closing, annually, and routine tasks like writing handwritten cards.

Conduct ongoing reviews and collect referrals: Implement a systematic approach to collecting reviews and referrals, ensuring timely and positive feedback.

Event Coordination: Send out text/email invites to events and coordinate any necessary print materials. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for events, securing competitive pricing. Book venues, order supplies, and manage logistical details for events.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in client success, event coordination, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and relevant software applications.

Enthusiastic and customer-focused mindset.
