(V&EG) is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within our organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standard.

Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Define project objectives and scope.

Allocate resources and manage project teams.

Monitor project progress and report on status.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Lead project meetings and facilitate effective collaboration.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering with not less than 5 years of experience in the field of project management.

PMP certification preferred.

Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.

Experience in construction management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in project management software/tools.

Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.

Available to visit sites in several locations in Puerto Rico.
