POSITION SUMMARY

As the Senior Manager of Partner Relationships at Momentous, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with external brands, partners, athletes, and influencers within the high performance world to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and create value for all stakeholders. Leveraging your strong relationship-building skills and business acumen, you will identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing partnerships to maximize impact and value for both parties. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the partnerships strategy and make a significant impact on Momentous brand and growth trajectory to become a leader in high performance. This role reports directly into the VP of Marketing and works closely with the CEO/Cofounders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute the partnerships strategy to identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives and target audience

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands and with partners internal teams to drive collaboration and mutual success

Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, including defining partnership objectives, terms, and expectations, and ensuring alignment with our goals and values

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing/brand, ecom, product development, to develop and implement partnership activations, campaigns, and initiatives

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for partnership activations, including brand visibility/awareness, engagement, and use insights to optimize partnership strategies

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, managing ongoing communication, collaboration, and relationship-building efforts to ensure successful partnerships

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to partnerships and alliances, and leverage insights to identify new opportunities and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnerships management, business development, or related field, preferably in entertainment, sports, or CPG space

Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and impact, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering results

Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive win-win outcomes for all parties involved

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative partnership activation ideas and marketing initiatives

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to track and measure partnership performance and ROI
