Accounts Payable Analyst Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Analyst who is very hands-on and directly responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the financial records of the Company. This individual is results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals and deadlines.

Job Duties:

Process and code invoices through Docubizz and Fusion.

Address and respond to questions from the branches regarding coding and payment of invoices.

Communicate with customers and vendors regarding any accounting questions.

Assist in the preparation of journal entries for the Senior and Staff Accountants

Reconcile accounts at month end.

Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports.

Assist with internal and external audit requests with an eye for detail.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would hold a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in accounting or finance; two years of experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with accounting software.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
