(V&EG) is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

Project Lead Estimator

The Project Lead Estimator will play a key role in analyzing project requirements, developing cost estimates, and supporting project managers in delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead the estimation process for projects, including reviewing project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.

Analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.

Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid presentations to clients.

Evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget.

Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and project team members.

Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform cost estimation decisions.

Assist in the development of project budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Proven experience in project estimation.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.

Proficiency in estimating software/tools (e.g., RSMeans, Bluebeam).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations is a plus.
