Experience: Min 2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Contract period: 9 Months

CTC: As per the industry

Location: Andheri, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination on collection with the Customer /Sales team and Internal and External Finance teams.

Ledger Statements coordination as and when asked.

Uploading Invoices on respective customer Portal.

Track of CN to be issued in case of Wrong pricing Goods return in coordination with the Internal Finance team.

Sharing Monthly Sales Reports with the Sales team. Addressing Discrepancies if any.

Updating and sharing customer leads of Exhibition in Excel sheet by the areas to respective ASMs.

Generating Collection reports weekly/monthly.

Checking Sales orders on Sold to Ship daily.

Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in SAP

Good in accounts & finance

Experience in handling customer portals would be an added advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Note: This position is to backfill one of the employees who is proceeding with her maternity leave. In case of any vacancies arising after 9 months in any other department, the incumbent may be absorbed in any other role considering the fitment and potential.
