Job Location - Gurgaon

Working Days - 6 days a week from office

Job Responsibilities:

Aid in the preparation of consolidated group accounts and support the audit process conducted by statutory auditors.

Preparation of data for periodic exchange fillings (Results, related party transactions and other xbrls files),

Assist in managing basic bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Support in liaising with external auditors regarding financial statements and accounting matters to ensure alignment with company decisions.

Assist in the creation, implementation, and upkeep of accounting policy documents for improved clarity and consistency.

Communicate accounting issues and updates to the management team in a clear and understandable manner. Should be conversant with Ind AS.

Aid in the development and maintenance of financial accounting systems, accounting policies and SOPs.

Assist in implementing and adhering to internal financial control and accounting policies.

Requirements:

2-4 years (CA or CA Inter) of experience in financial reporting or related roles.

SAP experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

High level of professionalism and integrity.
