Product Support - Wind Blade Technology

1. Execute functions of Proto & Production ramp up

2. Travel to Various RBU's, vendor places, conferences etc., as needed to meet the department functional goals.

3. Observed feedback and needed improvements need to be transferred in a systematic way to R&D core functions.

4. Participate in design documents reviews of NPD's and provide the feedback on the expectations of Production teams

5. Work as crash team in crisis situations & Assist in Audits and do RCAs for NCs .

6.Participate in R&D technology projects and also in design of tools and processes

7.Continuous learning and self development to acquire new tools and techniques to be ahead of race.

Total Experience :- 5 to 15 years
