Position - Officer Production (API)

Department - Production

Job Location - Ankleshwar

Qualification - BSc, MSc, Diploma Chemical, BE / B.Tech Chemical

Experience - 4 to 6 years

Job Responsibilities :

1. To achieve budgeted yield, consumption norms & solvent

2. To ensure weekly/monthly production schedules as per plans. Monitor Shift-wise production and provide feedback to plant In charge on daily basis.

3. To ensure smooth running of plant, co-ordinate effectively with maintenance department for any break down, utility, service, preventive maintenance etc.

4. To co-ordinates with Q.C, Stores, R & D, In-process lab for production related jobs.

5. To prepare daily logbook containing functioning of the plant in all respects, covering shortage of manpower, incidents of indiscipline if any.

6. To ensure that correct quantity & quality product is charge in safe way. Monitoring of step-wise reaction & recording in batch card at the time of operation following cGMP norm.

7. To identify areas of cost reduction and report to plant in charge and carry out all functions in cost effective manner.

8. To ensure all necessary equipment are calibrated.

9. To ensure that preventive maintenance of all equipment's without prior approval.

10. To Perform process & cleaning validation activity as per plan.
