We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO for our India Business.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Ensuring to capture critical minutes of meetings and follow up with stake holders till closure.
Responsible for coordination and scheduling customer/vendor partner meetings as planned.
Responsible managing daily calendar and meetings schedules
Responsible for managing local and international travels.
Supporting and coordinating in day-to-day activities
Adherence to timeline for sharing various updates.
Representing and communicating on behalf of CEO’s office
Supporting and coordinating other Leadership members as and when needed.
What's required:
5+ Years experiences as EA to CEOs
Should have managed Stakeholders - CXOs across India & Internationally.
Must have worked in MNCs and good in MS-Office.
Services/FMCG/Manufacturing Industry:
Working experience with MS Excel and ERP Tools
Strong negotiation, English Communication - verbal & written and Interpersonal Skills.
