Job Overview

We are looking for ambitious and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee program. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to gain a deep understanding of our business operations, values, and culture. You will rotate through various departments and functions within the organisation, learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience in different aspects of the fashion industry. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders who will drive innovation, foster growth, and uphold our brand's legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities

Working directly with the co-founders of LDU across all of the verticals of the organisation.

Responsible for executing marketing campaigns with innovative ideas and collecting their insights.

Consulting with relevant teams before moving on a strategy decided for transparent communication.

Track campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate the success and impact

Managing Marketing Channels including google Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing & Marketplace marketing etc.

Being flexible and adaptable to take on different tasks, responsibilities and Coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable brand initiatives.

Familiarity with google Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, Marketplace marketing and e-commerce strategies.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
