We have an open role for a Cisco focused Network Pre Sales Engineer who has strong Cisco R S

/ Network Solutions Design expertise. Cisco Network Presales Engineer is responsible for deep.

technical coverage for Cisco’s Security products, as well as overall Security architectures

compromised of multiple products from both Cisco and our partner third party vendors. The

engineer will be working as a part of the virtual pre-sales organization to design and deliver.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Leads and Partner Relationships:

o Develop and maintain relationships with key vendor partners such as Cisco, IMI Mobile, Verint, and other and other related Contact Center technology vendor or service providers

o Leverage relationships and sales track record to obtain leads from partners through direct communication, and coordination with TTEC Business Development Managers

o Participate in initial data gathering and lead qualification with the prospective Client

• Develop Business / Technical Needs:

o Participate in client requirements discovery meetings with Senior Business and/or IT Execs down through Middle Management and/or Analysts o Leverage TTEC’s Solutions Framework in informal requirements meetings or facilitated workshops o Document critical business and/or IT requirements and “compelling events” requiring the client to make a change

• Develop Solution Design / Configuration / Viability:

o Conduct solution design meetings with partners and/or client personnel to confirm solution scope and the design required to fulfill requirements

o Develop detailed design solutions including bill of material configurations and architecture diagrams

o Communicate and collaborate with delivery teams to develop timeline and staffing professional services’ estimates as needed.

o Develop ‘Solution Review’ presentations

o Participate in field Professional Services and Managed Services communications with partner Product Managers to resolve pre-sales design and configuration questions

o Develop and Present Solutions to the Client / Support Deal Closure

o Develop Proposals and SOWs using standard TTEC templates o Provide a lead or major contributor technical role for RFP Response Development

o Coordinate preparation of materials and manage to completion the partner and internal Bid Assurance processes. o Maintain a current expert knowledge of all products and services

o Maintain a working knowledge of competitors’ products and services and of emerging trends in the collaboration industry as a whole o Maintain a working knowledge of industry standards to leverage interoperability advantages of our solutions

o Provide insights on competitor service offerings

o Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all products and related technologies

• Provide input for development of new products and enhancement of current products

• Assist clients with ROI studies, equipment budgets, systems requirements and specifications

Required skills:

• The candidate should possess minimum 5 years’ experience in a role providing analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills in a technology-driven environment

• Demonstrated ability in public speaking and presentation skills, with a focus on presenting technical information to those with a non-technical background

• Excellent discovery and active listening skills with experience discussing collaboration technologies, unified communications and real-time applications over IP

• Work effectively across functional lines, in coordination with others involved in product management, marketing and technical support services

• Experience creating technical responses and formal documentation in a written and graphical format including technical architecture plans, phased approach proposals and network topologies • IP, Cisco IOS, switching and routing protocols, QoS, Security

• Understanding of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.

• Ability to think critically and logically articulate technical recommendations into customer business value – both verbally and through compelling presentations and proposals
