Roles and Responsibilities:

Need to own the end-to-end pre sales processes, starting from lead generation to management of the same.

Work closely with the Digital team to generate potential leads from the addressable markets.

Should understand clients' diverse, specific business needs and apply the company’s service knowledge to meet the same.

Respond to Enterprise and Government RPFs.

Manage and work with CRM Solutions like Pipedrive.

Utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage with prospects for lead generation.

Experience in Presales Management working with different Stakeholders in IT services

Provide pre-sales support including drafting presentations, demonstrations, and budget/cost estimations.

Required skill set:

Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience working in an IT Services Industry

Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear & concise messages.

Well-versed with recent industry trends in the digital transformation space across key geographies like India, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East.

Exposure to social media engagement is a must.

Proficient in written & verbal communication skills

Must have experience in handling international clients and partner management.

Bachelor’s degree is a must (B. Tech / BCA / BSc-IT/Computers)

Master’s degree will be an added advantage. (MBA-Marketing)
