Position Overview:

At UAP, as an Administrative Officer, you'll assist with important office duties such as managing mail, arranging student applications, and other tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll also collaborate closely with students, agents, managers, and university partners.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Assist in arranging and coordinating student interview appointments.

Generate reports detailing the number of enrolled students and their current stage in the admission process.

Mail Handling:

Effectively manage both incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.

Sort incoming mail and ensure it reaches the intended recipients, including students, agents, and universities.

Prepare outgoing mail and packages for prompt delivery.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mailroom area.

Application Management:

Oversee the handling of incoming applications from prospective students.

Maintain accurate records of application submissions and their status updates.

Liaise with students regarding application statuses and any additional documentation requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely processing of applications.

General Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

Respond to inquiries and provide information to agents, students, and other stakeholders.

Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Handle the issuance of CAS letters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the education sector.

Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.

Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.

Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
